GOTRLA executive director Molly Snow said that finishing a 5K—whether it’s done by running, walking or even skipping—shows girls that they are strong and capable.

“At Girls on the Run, we’re dedicated to giving girls the opportunity to discover their full potential and celebrate all that makes them unique,” Snow said. “Thanks to our volunteer coaches, the girls are more than ready to complete 3.1 miles feeling strong and confident. Crossing the finish line, they realize they can achieve anything.”
