Recipe: Holiday Bundt Cake

Long-time San Marino resident and volunteer Liz Kneier shares her recipe for holiday bundt cake.

Last November, San Marino resident Liz Kneier shared her favorite Thanksgiving recipes for and . With Christmas just around the corner, the local volunteer shares a new recipe for a delicious holiday treat.

Holiday Bundt Cake

1 white cake mix
1 box of pistachio pudding mix
2/3 cup of vegetable oil
2/3 cup of water
3 eggs

Mix all of the ingredients together with a mixer. Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake for 45 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Let cool, remove from pan onto a nice plate and dust with powdered sugar. For some extra Christmas pizzaz, fill the hole of the cake with red and green M&Ms.
