San Marino Gas Prices Remain as State and LA Prices Slightly Drop

How do San Marino gas prices compare to those of the region and what is the overall trend in gas prices?

at Mission Street and Los Robles Avenue in San Marino posted $4.29 per gallon of regular gas Tuesday, the same price as one week ago, event though state and Los Angeles area gas price averages have slightly decreased over the past week.

The price of gas at Leon’s and at the Huntington Drive are both higher than Tuesday’s state and Los Angeles area averages for a gallon of regular gas, though Valero charged 40 cents more per gallon of regular gas on Tuesday than Leon’s.

A shows Leon’s charging $3.75 per gallon of regular gas in February—54 cents per gallon less than Tuesday’s price.

Tuesday’s average price for a gallon of regular gas in the Los Angeles/Long Beach area was $4.219, about seven cents less per gallon than the gas found at Leon’s while Valero surpassed the LA area average by 47 cents.

Tuesday’s LA/Long Beach average is about five cents less than last week’s average of $4.276 for a gallon of regular gasoline according to the Automobile Club of Southern California.

The average prices for a regular gallon of gas in California on Tuesday was about one cent less than the LA average.

Tuesday showed an average of $4.206 per gallon for the state, eight cents lower than the gas found at Leon’s though Valero’s gas prices were 48 cents more than California’s average price for a gallon of regular on Tuesday.
