Traffic: 210 East Closures Could Last Eight Nights

Full and partial lane closures are scheduled throughout a two-week period.

Construction from the Metro Gold Line Foothill Extension will cause full and partial lane closures for a segment of the 210 east freeway during the next two weeks, according to a Metro notice.

The period of intermittent closures began Sunday and will last through March 17, with eight nights of full lane closures expected. Closures will start no earlier than 10 p.m. and end by 1 p.m. the following day.

Lanes will be affected between Rosemead Boulevard and Santa Anita Avenue as crews continue to install the bridge falsework, the temporary structure that will create a safe work space for crews to construct the bridge superstructure, said Metro in their construction notice.
