Where To Watch Locally: March Madness

Grab your freshly filled out brackets and head over to a nearby venue.

March Madness is sweeping the nation as college basketball programs across the country are battling it out against their conference foes, vying for the right to compete for the NCAA national championship. With the NCAA tournament rapidly approaching, we've scouted some of the best locations to grab a cold one and root for your alma mater, tournament picks or underdog favorites.

1. If you're in the mood for a good burger, Jake's of Pasadena  has you covered. The menu at Jake's is simple, but the food packs a punch. Make your way downstairs and watch a game on any of the numerous flat screen televisions positioned throughout the billiards hall.

2. Basketball enthusiasts can keep an eye on multiple games at 72 North. The venue boasts two projection screens, three 60 inch screens and 12 flat screens TVs. 72 North is open daily between the hours of 11 a.m. and 2 a.m.

3. Dave & Buster's in nearby Arcadia is the perfect place for the entire family to enjoy March Madness. Parents can sit down and view a game, while the kids run around and play. Dave & Buster's menu is filled with plenty of entrees, which are guaranteed to leave your stomach satisfied.

4. Good food and sporting events go hand in hand. Carmine's Italian Restaurant & Bar is a great location to eat, chug a cold brew, play a game of pool and take in a game. Carmine's is located at 424 Fair Oaks Ave. in South Pasadena.

5. Catch a game at Bar Louie in Arcadia. The restaurant and bar makes for a fantastic spot to watch some hoops and grab some eats. Bar Louie is located at 400 S. Baldwin Ave. and is open daily from 11 a.m. until 2 a.m.
