Scholars and community leaders will take you on a tour through the galleries, highlighting specific objects and revealing untold stories of migratory adventure, lost farmland, and found opportunity. Featuring Dr. Robert Chao Romero, a scholar on Asian migration to Latin America; Eddie Wong, Emmy-nominated producer and executive director of the Angel Island Immigration Station Foundation; Dr. Karen Leonard, expert on the history of Asians in agriculture; and Dr. Min Zhou, founding chair of the Asian American Studies Department at UCLA.
