Photos: San Marino Stationers' Last Day of Business

A San Marino institution that started in town in 1954, San Marino Stationers' marked its last day of business Friday. What memories do you have of San Marino Stationers?

Signs of farewell decked the windows at Friday as the shop with a long San Marino history had its last day of business.

Manager Jo Lynn Bolton and her daughter and shop co-owner Janelle Panday said they would keep the shop open Friday until an indefinite time--"until we're tuckered out," said Bolton.

Though all merchandise was 50 percent off, the store still had a fair amount of items early Friday afternoon, though there was a good amount of various holiday merchandise that wouldn't normally be displayed.
