The holiday season is in full swing and with it comes a bombardment of ads for sales on clothes, appliances, toys, accessories and more, especially at large chain stores.
You may have heard about the Los Angeles woman who pepper sprayed fellow shoppers on Black Friday in hopes of gaining an advantage to buy X-boxes on sale at Wal-Mart.
On a more cheerful note, San Marino has two holiday events this week where shops on Mission Street and Huntington Drive will stay open later and offer special deals, along with carolers, treats and an appearance from Santa.
