We're looking for a Guest House to Rent

We are a three person family, the youngest a senior at Occidental College and happily living at home (amazing, delightful and true).

We'd like to locate a quiet, 2 bedroom or so, guest house in the Pasadena, South Pasadena, San Marino area. While we live in a lovely apartment in South Pasadena, a change of management has brought in very noisy new tenants and we're not quite able to buy. Our income and lives are stable and happy but it would be nice to live where all four walls are our own.
