San Marino Schools Score High in Adjusted API Scores

The California Department of Education has released adjusted 2012 Academic Performance Index (API) scores for public schools. San Marino schools received top scores.

San Marino's schools received all received top rankings in adjusted API scores released this month, putting them in the 100th percentile of all schools in the state.

The California Department of Education has released revised 2012 API scores for individual schools as well as rankings based on adjustments to the initial 2012 scores reported in October. 

The API scores for San Marino schools as well as the rest of the schools in the  county and state can be accessed on the state's website or in a more handy database of API data compiled by the San Gabriel Tribune.

Here are the San Marino schools that received a 10 out of 10 from the state, with their API scores:

  • Huntington Middle School - 973
  • Carver Elementary - 966
  • Valentine Elementary - 951
  • San Marino High - 940
