Fitness and Supplement Experts to Speak in San Marino

Pat Brown, founder of The Pat Brown System,
and local trainer Matt Castenada, will share ways to overcome fitness
obstacles through diet, exercise, and supplementation, in a free seminar in San Marino on September 14.

Pat Brown, a trainer in the Bakersfield area for nearly 25 years, has
developed a diet that is high in protein, low in carbohydrates, and
calls for small portions spread out evenly through the day. He has also
created a series of supplements that he says help people burn more fat,
have more energy, and feel full. He’ll present his system at the event.

Matt Castenada, a native of South Pasadena, has found that
the Pat Brown System worked for him personally, as well as his clients.
“A lot of people are not familiar with supplementation and what it can
do. We’ll provide before-and-after photos. Pat’s approach is
particularly helpful for people whose fitness is at a plateau, or who
need a lifestyle change.”

Matt says he’s excited about
introducing Brown and his approach to the San Gabriel Valley. “I want to
put our county on the map for being healthy. Right now, we’re not
known for fitness. I would like more local people to put down the bad
foods and the bad habits, and start exercising and eating right.”

The seminar will be held at Mission Fitness Center, 2451 Mission
Street, San Marino, 91108, on Saturday, September 14, from 3:30 to 4:30
pm. There will be light refreshments. Admission is free, but
reservations are required. To reserve a space, email
info@missionfitnesscenter.com, or call 626-799-0977. The Mission Fitness
website is at missionfitnesscenter.com. Further information about the
Pat Brown system is at www.patbrownsystem.com.
