Reports show that homes are selling for 20 percent more than this time last year. So getting that head start can be very beneficial as we have seen homes sell with multiple offers in weeks. There are actually buyers out there who may actually need to purchase right now and be in their new home by the Spring or even sooner. For them, a home may be the best holiday gift.
