With the hottest days of the year upon us, learn how to keep yourself and others safe and comfortable in the heat with these tips.

The National Weather Service predicts the hottest days of the year will take place this week.

A high of 93 degrees is predicted for the San Marino area Thursday and forecasted highs for the next four days are as follows:

Friday: 94 degrees

Saturday: 93 degrees

Sunday: 91 degrees

Monday: 89 degrees
