Foley sat down with Patch for a video interview at his home--the Pasadena native has lived in San Marino for 14 years--to share why he is running and where he stands on the public safety tax and term limit measures on the November ballot as well as development in San Marino. Foley said one of his top priorities is maintaining San Marino and not making changes that would attract more outsiders to the city.

Keep an eye out for the "Why Not!" poster to the right of Foley in the video. Foley said it was drawn by one of his friends and will appear on his campaign yard signs.
