Four candidates are vying for two San Marino City Council spots in November.
Incumbent Eugene Sun faces incumbent Dennis Kneier and newcomers Stephanie Johnson and David Foley.
Sun sat down with Patch for a video interview at his San Marino office to share why he is running for a second term and where he stands on the public safety tax and term limit measures on the November ballot as well as development in San Marino. Sun also addressed pension reform, which he said is one of the major issues he will work on if re-elected.
