City Issues Final Windstorm Update

The City of San Marino sent a message to residents via email and phone Friday night to notify them of the progress being made to restore power to all of the city and what residents without power should do.

The City of San Marino issued the following wind-related update at 7:30 p.m. Friday:

Edison has restored power to over 80% of the homes in San Marino. If your power is still out, contact Edison directly at (800) 611-1911 and report your outage directly to them. You may have a problem at your home with wires down. You can also go to www.sce.com and report your problem or get an estimate of when your power will return by clicking on the small link titled “The Outage Center”.

If you are elderly and your power is still out and you are in desperate need of food or water, please contact Police Dispatch at 300-0720.

Since the windstorms have moved on and the situation has stabilized, this will be the last informational update that will be sent out. The City would like to thank all of its residents for assisting us through this disaster and reaching out to your neighbors when they needed help.
