Shop Local at Two Holiday Events This Week

Get into the spirit of giving and enjoy holiday festivities on Mission Street and Huntington Drive this week.

Now that the are behind us and businesses are up and running again, it’s time to have some holiday fun while supporting San Marino businesses at two events this week.

Mission Street merchants will be holding this event Thursday night starting at 5 p.m. Treats, Santa and carolers will set the scene while shops will offer special deals.

This event was originally slated for Friday, Dec. 2 but wind aftermath and outages caused it to be rescheduled for this Friday. Starting at 5 p.m., Huntington Drive businesses and others will stay open later and offer treats and entertainment like cookie decorating and balloon animals. Santa arrives at the San Marino Fire Department at 6 p.m. Stop by the San Marino Patch table for free Patch swag, holiday goodies and crafts. We'll be in the lot behind the holiday house bus stop (adjacent to the station).
