Man Charged With Rape, Attempted Murder Faces Preliminary Hearing Jan. 17

Brian Harrington of Pasadena, who is charged with the rape, burglary and attempted murder of a San Marino woman, will appear at the Alhambra Courthouse Jan. 17 for a preliminary hearing.

Following a Jan. 3 preliminary hearing setting, the man charged with 12 counts--including rape, burglary and hiring a hit man to kill a San Marino woman--faces a preliminary hearing Jan. 17 at the Alhambra Courthouse, according to the Los Angeles Superior Court Public Information Office.

Brian William Harrington of Pasadena has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

and is accused of posing as a loan broker and defrauding two Pasadena car repair shops of $15,000 total.
