Missing Arcadia Man Returns Safe and Unharmed

Michael Bell, 55, of Arcadia went missing on Sunday morning, but returned safely later that night.

A 55-year-old Arcadia man who went missing on Sunday morning has returned safely to the rehabilitation facility that he initially strayed from.

Michael Bell was last seen around 10:30 a.m. Jan .13 at Country Villa, an assisted living and rehabilitation facility located at 400 W. Huntington Drive, according to Lt. Colleen Flores of the Arcadia Police Department.

Bell, who suffers from bipolar disorder and takes medication, has cellulitis on his left leg requiring he wrap it in gauze dressing. He can walk, but he primarily gets around in his wheelchair, which also went missing from the facility, Flores said.
