Burglary

Oct. 1
1200 block of Virginia Road
4:54 p.m.           
A burglary report was taken when a resident stated that he saw four teenagers in his home and they fled when they saw him.

2100 block of Orlando Road
9:42 a.m.
A burglary report was taken for a vehicle that was broken into and a wallet and briefcase stolen.

Battery

2400 block of Huntington Drive
4:17 p.m.           
A battery report was taken.

Theft

Oct. 3
600 block of Winston Avenue
6:18 p.m.
An identity theft report was taken.

Oct. 3
1100 block of Rosalind Road
8:10 a.m.           
An identity theft report was taken for cash missing from a bank account.

Sept. 27
1200 block of Shenandoah Road
4:17 p.m.
A petty theft report was taken for mail theft.

Domestic Violence

Sept. 29
1600 block of Los Robles Avenue
5:12 a.m.           
Officers responded to a domestic violence call and arrested a woman.

Drugs

Oct. 2
Huntington Drive and El Molino Place
12:49 a.m.
A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of two female juveniles on drug related charges and four juveniles were released to their parents. They were not residents of San Marino.

DUI

Sept. 30
Garfield Avenue and Monterey Road
10:15 p.m.
A traffic stop resulted in the arrest of a woman for driving under the influence.

Sept. 28
Los Robles Avenue and Mission Street
2:10 a.m.           
A traffic stop on a bicycle resulted in the arrest of a man for driving under the influence.

Hit and Run

Sept. 28
Gainsborough Drive and San Gabriel Boulevard
3:56 p.m.           
A hit and run traffic collision occurred.
