SMPD Blotter: Burglary, Hit and Run, Battery

Over the past week, burglary, bullying, DUI and more occurred in San Marino.

The following incidents were selected from the San Marino Police Department log for the week of March 15 to March 21.

March 15

2:57 p.m.            A report was taken for a scam letter a resident in the 2200 block of Melville received.

March 16

10:12 a.m.            A lost property report was taken for a lost passport in the 1400 block of Bedford Road.

10:42 a.m.            A lost property report was taken in the 600 block of Chester Avenue for a lost front license plate.

11:51 p.m.            A traffic stop at Charlton and Huntington resulted in the arrest of a female for health and safety violations.

March 17

9:13 p.m.            A vandalism report was taken in the 2200 block of Huntington Drive.

March 18

2:59 a.m.            A traffic stop at Los Robles and Oak resulted in the arrest of a male for driving under the influence.

9:08 a.m.            A battery report was taken for bullying in the 2700 block of Huntington Drive.

10:36 a.m.            A report of a parking problem at Sherwood and Lorain resulted in the arrest of a male for two outstanding warrants.

10:49 a.m.            A report was taken for a hit and run traffic collision at Los Robles and Monterey.

2:49 p.m.            A petty theft report was taken for a stolen bicycle at Huntington and Winston.

5:21 p.m.            A battery report was taken in the 1400 block of Winston Avenue.

March 19

8:32 a.m.            A burglary report was taken in the 600 block of Santa Anita.

March 21

11:10 a.m.            A burglary from a motor vehicle occurred in the 2400 block of Mission Street.

2:43 p.m.            A petty theft report was taken in the 2700 block of Huntington Drive for items stolen from a backpack.

8:36 p.m.            Officers assisted Pasadena Police in locating a missing person at Oak Knoll and Old Mill.
