SMPD Blotter: Burglary, Hit and Run, DUI

Multiple incidents of theft and burglary, as well as a DUI and other crimes, occurred in San Marino over the past week.

The following incidents took place between March 22 and March 28 and were selected from the San Marino Police Department log.

March 23

12:47 p.m.            A petty theft report was taken in the 1700 block of Huntington Drive.

March 24

2:00 p.m.            A grand theft report was taken in the 3100 block of Huntington Drive.

7:50 p.m.            A spousal abuse report was taken in the 1900 block of San Salvatore Place.

March 25

12:06 p.m.            A burglary report was taken in the 1500 block of Bradbury Road. The suspects were described as a male and female Hispanic.

March 26

1:26 a.m.            A traffic report was taken for a vehicle that ran into a tow truck in the 1700 block of Huntington Drive. The female driver was arrested for driving under the influence.

4:47 a.m.            A report was taken for a hit and run traffic collision at Huntington Drive and Sunnyslope Boulevard.

3:47 p.m.            A petty theft report was taken in the 1200 block of Kenilworth Avenue for a stolen package.

March 27

3:02 a.m.            Officers assisted South Pasadena Police at Callita Place and Garfield Avenue and arrested a male for being drunk in public.

3:46 a.m.            A burglary report was taken when officers responding to an alarm call found a window smashed at the pharmacy in the 300 block of Huntington Drive.

March 28

12:35 a.m.            An incident report was taken in the 1700 block of Los Robles Avenue for a verbal dispute with injury.

1:53 a.m.            A burglary report was taken in the 2600 block of Mission Street.
