SMPD Blotter: Burglary, Vandalism, DUI, Elder Abuse

A variety of crime incidents occurred in San Marino over the past week.

The following incidents took place between May 3 and May 9 and were selected from the San Marino Police Department log.

May 4

12:23 p.m. - A traffic collision with injuries occurred in the 2700 block of Huntington Drive.

May 5

12:03 p.m. - A burglary report was taken in the 2200 block of California Boulevard.

3:01 p.m. - A report was taken for a traffic collision with injuries that occurred at Huntington Drive and Kenilworth Avenue.

May 7

5:52 p.m. - Officers responded to a dispute over the little league field in the 1600 block of Sherwood Road. A group was advised to leave.

May 8

8:54 a.m. - San Marino Officers assisted San Gabriel Officers during a foot pursuit, two males were arrested.

7:56 p.m. - A pedestrian stop at Orlando Road and Allen Avenue resulted in the arrest of a male for an outstanding warrant.

8:46 p.m. - A pedestrian stop at Euclid Avenue and Mission Street resulted in the arrest of a male for an outstanding warrant.

May 9

12:57 a.m. - A traffic stop at Garfield Avenue and Huntington Drive resulted in the arrest of a female for driving under the influence.

1:06 p.m. - An elder abuse report was taken in the 2500 block of Wetherby Road.

2:57 p.m. - Officers were requested when they received a call that a disruptive male was  breaking lights in the 700 block of Canterbury Road. The subject was transported to Huntington Memorial Hospital for medical treatment.

4:18 p.m. - A vandalism occurred in the 2800 block of Woodlawn Avenue, no report was desired.

10:53 p.m.  - A traffic stop at Westhaven Road and Granada Avenue resulted in the arrest of a female for driving under the influence.
