SMPD Blotter: Grand Theft, DUI, Death
San Marino Police reported marijuana possession, burglary, a hit and run and other incidents in San Marino over the past week.
The following incidents took place between March 8 and March 14 and were selected from the San Marino Police Department log.
March 8
9:24 a.m. A traffic stop at Longden and San Gabriel resulted in the arrest of a male for marijuana possession.

11:55 a.m. A traffic stop at Waverly and Huntington resulted in the arrest of a male for driving without a license and two outstanding warrants.
5:10 p.m. An identity theft report was taken in the 500 block of Allen Avenue.

9:56 p.m. A petty theft report was taken for a vehicle that was ransacked in the 2700 block of Cumberland Road.
March 9
8:46 a.m. A report was taken for a traffic collision with injuries at Oak Knoll and Huntington.
March 10
4:45 a.m. Officers checking on a suspicious occupied vehicle in the 700 block of Sierra Madre arrested a male on an outstanding warrant from Alhambra.
8:07 a.m. A grand theft report was taken for property stolen from a vehicle in the 1800 block of Twin Palms Drive.
3:38 p.m. A petty theft report was taken in the 2100 block of Sherwood Road.
March 11
9:11 a.m. A death report was taken in the 1900 block of Sycamore Drive.
5:01 p.m. An identity theft was reported in the 600 block of Sierra Madre, no report was desired.
March 12
7:12 a.m. A hit and run traffic collision occurred in the 1700 block of San Gabriel Blvd.
March 13
1:37 a.m. A traffic stop at Huntington and El Molino resulted in the arrest of a male for driving under the influence.
6:32 p.m. A threats report was taken in the 1400 block of Mirasol Drive.
3:53 p.m. A burglary report was taken in the 1300 block of Bradbury Road.
6:32 p.m. A threats report was taken in the 1400 block of Mirasol Drive.
March 14
9:05 p.m. A petty theft report was taken for a package stolen in the 1400 block of Wembley Road.
