City Hall, Police and Fire Departments to be Tented for Termite Fumigation

The tenting will last from Friday, Feb. 17, through Monday, Feb. 20.

The San Marino Civic Center--located at 2200 Huntington Drive, which includes City Hall, the Fire Department, the Police Department and Public Works--will be tented for termite fumigation from Friday, Feb. 17, through Monday, Feb. 20, San Marino Police Chief John Schaefer shared with Patch Tuesday.

The tenting will not limit any city services, according to the announcement. San Marino Police and Fire will remain on duty throughout the weekend, working at an off-site location within the City.

Police and Fire services will be available as usual via telephone. Residents should dial 911 for emergency calls or (626) 300-0720 for routine business.

City Hall is closed to the public on Fridays, weekends and holidays, so the tenting will occur on days when it would normally be closed, including Feb. 20, which is President's Day.
