Mayor Ward, Councilmen Sun and Yung Pull Papers for Re-election

The three men have served on the San Marino City Council the past four years.

San Marino Mayor Richard Ward, Councilman Richard Sun and Councilman Allan Yung are all nearing the end of their four-year terms but intend on continuing to serve on the San Marino City Council.

Councilman Richard Sun tweeted a photo of the three from his new twitter account Tuesday with the caption, "I pulled papers last week with my council colleagues Councilman Allan Yung and Mayor Richard Ward."

Sun also has a link to a campaign website from his twitter account.

During their four-year term, Sun and Yung have also each served a one-year term as San Marino's mayor.

Others interested in becoming a San Marino City Council candidate have until Aug. 12 to apply for a spot on the Nov. 5 election ballot. See more on applying here.
