Salary Increase Approved for San Marino Superintendent

Superintendent Loren Kleinrock's salary will be increased to $204,000 for the 2013-14 school year.

The San Marino Unified School Board will voted at its Tuesday night meeting  to grant a salary increase to district superintendent Loren Kleinrock.

With the new contract, Kleinrock will be paid $204,024 for the 2013-2014 school year, according to the staff report.  He was paid approximately $192,000 with a car allowance in 2012-13 according to a salary comparison study done by the La Canada Unified School District.

Kleinrock will be under contract at his new salary rate through June 30, 2014  according to the district staff report.
