will step down Wednesday night as the San Marino City Council chooses a new mayor and vice mayor.
The monthly City Council meeting will take place in City Hall and begin at 6 p.m.
Each San Marino mayor and vice mayor are existing members of the council and each serves a one-year term.
If tradition continues, the current San Marino Vice Mayor----will be chosen as mayor.
Council members and , both , have both served as mayor previously, but Councilman Richard Ward has not served as mayor, making him a likely choice for the new vice mayor position.
