Governor Appoints San Marino Attorney as LA Superior Court Judge

A San Marino man was one of six Los Angeles Superior Court Judges appointed by Governor Jerry Brown Tuesday.

Kerry R. Bensinger, 51, of San Marino is one of six new Los Angeles Superior Court Judges, City News Service reported Tuesday.

Governor Jerry Brown appointed Bensinger, a partner at Pasadena law firm Bensinger, Ritt, Tai and Thvedt since 1995, to fill the vacancy created by Judge Dennis A. Aichroth’s retirement. 

Roberto Longoria, 48, of Pasadena and Michael Garcia, 54, of Alhambra are appointees from other nearby cities.
