I remember this home, it sold last year, end of August for $1,720,000. I know inventory is low, only 8 listings in different price ranges; $17M for one on Virginia Rd, on Rosalind for $6.6M, on Circle Drive for a little over $5M, that one on Huntington and Waverly close to $2.9M, new one Adair just below $2M and three others close to $1,9 and $1.2M. I'm sure some news will arise real soon
