Should San Marino Baseball Take Spring Break Off While Other Teams Play?

While other baseball teams in the Rio Hondo League traveled to different tournaments and played games during spring break, the Pasadena Star-News reports that San Marino stuck with its 49-year tradition and didn’t play in any tournament, but worked out with players, who took spring break off.

"We worked out with the guys who stayed in town and trusted that the guys who are not here took their gloves, are staying in shape and ready to go," Coach Paciorek told the Star-News.
