San Marino Patch just began a reader-submitted Photo of the Week feature where we highlight a photo from our Neighborhood Gallery.
You can share photos of San Marino events, landmarks, people, food, pets, or in this case, a sports team.
Local parent and Patch reader Raymond Kwan uploaded several photos to our Neighborhood Gallery of the Titanium Robotics team at their FIRST (For Innovation and Recognition of Science and Technology) Robotics regional competition in San Diego from March 1 to 4.
One of the photos, where students are working on an aspect of the robot, was chosen as this week's Reader-Submitted Photo of the Week.
Kwan said the Team 1160 (Titanium Robotics) was ranked 30 out of 56 teams after three days of competitions and team member Benjamin Chang won “The Safety Captain of the Day.”
