Reader Donald W. had this to say about Stepping Stones:

"I have been impressed with the staff and management at Stepping Stones. They have been very responsive to questions about my child's progress and their tutors I have come into contact with appear to be top notch. Their sessions for my child are individualized to work on the areas he needs help with and their approach is personalized to him. This isn't a cookie cutter place. I was expecting him to dislike his sessions there but he looks forward to them because his time there is engaging and fun while still making progress in his development goals."

After 36 years of teaching, 12 of which were spent teaching kindergarten at , Stepping Stones co-owner and education director Carole Hasbun retired in June 2010 to purchase Stepping Stones in July of that year.

Hasbun’s son George and daughter-in-law Anna co-own the tutoring center with her and all three of Carole’s children attended Stepping Stones, which opened in 1971, when it was previously owned.

Have you interacted with Stepping Stones? What are your thoughts about the local tutoring center?
