The San Marino High School girl’s basketball team will try to take another step toward capturing the league crown when they take on rival, South Pasadena, on Friday night at Titans Gym.
This will be the second meeting between these two clubs this season, with the first meeting going down to the wire, as senior Leigh Kunitake made a shot at the buzzer to give the Lady Titans a 48-47 victory. Kunitake finished the game with 27 points. The Titans are currently 5-2 and the Tigers are 6-1. After this game there will only be two games left in the regular season.
