2012 Olympics: How To Live Stream the London Games

Live streaming is available through the NBC website with a cable subscription. Sign up is required.

Tired of watching the Olympics on tape-delay? Did you know you can watch the events as they happen?

Live streaming is available online through NBC's Live Extra, which requires a cable subscription that includes CNBC and MSNBC. Sign up is required to access the service, which is free.

Here's how it works:

1. Click on the red button under "Watch the Olympics Live" on the Live Extra website.
2. When prompted, select your cable, satellite or telco TV provider (Monrovia is served by Time Warner, DirecTV, Dish Network, and Champion Broadband) from a list.
3. Verify your TV subscription by entering the username/password corresponding to the online account you established with your provider.
