Friday, June 1, 5:30 p.m. Rose Bowl Aquatics Center (360 N Arroyo Blvd, Pasadena, CA)

The U. S. Men’s National Water Polo Team will go head-to-head against the Croatian Men’s National Water Polo Team in an exhibition game that will provide an opportunity to see the incredible athleticism of the players and the determination of each team in representing their countries with honor.  This will be the final game for the U.S. Team before departing to London and the Olympics. Following dinner, guests will dine poolside with members of the two teams!

The California Art Club presents the exhibition "The California Coast" at its gallery at the historic Old Mill. The exhibition features nearly 50 paintings that spotlight the natural beauty, which defines the 840 miles where the Golden State meets the Pacific Ocean.

The imagery showcased in "The California Coast" ranges from Big Sur and the Isthmus of Catalina Island to the Malibu pier and Laguna Beach.    

 

San Marino National Little League Closing Day
Sunday, June 3, 3-7 p.m., fields

This year’s Closing Day is going all out with a taco truck, DJ and dance floor and more, culminating with the presentation of trophies and awards for the season. See the full schedule here.   

 

Awakening Body, Mind & Soul
Saturday, June 2, 1-4 p.m.,

Crowell Library’s blog shared the following about the event: “To help educate people and bring the awareness of what can be done on a personal level to live a green and healthy lifestyle, Green Menu will present a free program entitled, ‘Awakening of Body, Mind & Soul.’ This philosophical lecture by Henry Chang will be based on the Book of Change & Tao Te Ching, conducted in Mandarin with English translation.”
