San Marino CA real estate market: Prices hold steady

The San Marino CA real estate market held steady this week, with relatively no change in prices. The numbers for this report were released Monday, June 24. As in past weeks that saw little market activity, the low number of San Marino CA real estate listings has kept the area in a seller’s market, meaning that conditions favor home sellers in the negotiating process.

The trends are based on this week alone, so it’s possible we’ll see improvement in weeks to come. We’ve already seen the Pasadena CA real estate markets swing wildly between one week and the next, so keep watching keep watching for these updates.

These trends are based on Altos Research Real-Time Real Estate Data.
