The invitation from Dr. Michael Friedman (president & CEO) of City of Hope "said" join us in the kitchen with City of Hope for a superfood cooking demonstration and tasting featuring celebrity Chef Katie Chin at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Avery and Andrew Barth.
Being a foodie myself, I certainly will not pass over such a gourmet experience with a celebrity Chef Katie Chin, the author of "300 Best Rice Cooker Recipes", blog writer of the Sweet & Sour Chronicles and judge for the Iron Chef America on the Food Network to name a few.
On Sunday, July 1, 2012 many of our city's dweller gathered at the Barth's home enjoy an afternoon of good food, good company and good health tips from Chef Katie Chin City of Hope's culinary ambassador at the Barth's "Kitchen Stadium" San Marino Style.
