Easy Creamed Spinach…(Perfect with ham, turkey or beef)
2 - 10 ounce packages of chopped spinach
1 – 4 ounce package whipped cream cheese with chives
½ teaspoon garlic salt
Cook spinach and drain well. Add cream cheese and garlic salt. Bake in a buttered casserole in a 350 degree oven until hot.
