Moms: What Do You Want For Mother's Day?

This survey says 48 percent of moms across the country want a spa day. Does that hold true for you?

Almost one third of moms in America (31 percent) say they often pretend to like their Mother’s Day gifts, according to World Vision.

Does that statement hold true for you?

The average person will spend $152.52 on gifts this Mother's Day with total spending expected to reach $18.6 billion, according to Forbes.

According to an Ebates.com survey, here are the top four requests:

  • Spa Day: 48 percent
  • Flowers: 38 percent
  • Jewelry: 36 percent
  • Smartphone or Tablet: 30 percent

But, says World Vision, nearly 2 in 3 (64 percent) of moms would ultimately prefer a meaningful gift rather than a traditional one.
