As of the beginning of March, there were 8 residential listings in 91108 -- all of them over $1 million in asking price. The number of listings is a significant drop -- about 42 percent -- from last year’s 14 listings in February 2013.

If you’re seeking a residence in the award-winning San Marino school district, you can also find homes in parts of 91107 and 91775 that area included in the school boundaries. Listings in those areas were a little more plentiful: 41 in 91107 and 26 in 91775 as of March 3.
